Do I need experience before joining training at Hitman Academy?

No. We coach complete beginners as well as advanced athletes, and we scale drills and sparring to your current level.

Which styles are covered in training?

Classes include MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, and wrestling with structured progression.

Can I train for competition at Hitman Academy?

Yes. We offer technical and conditioning pathways for members who want to compete, while keeping beginner pathways separate and safe.

How many times a week should I train?

Two to three sessions per week works well for most beginners. As your recovery and conditioning improve, your coach can help you add sessions without overtraining.
