Real confidence
Children who know they can handle physical and social pressure carry that certainty into school, friendships, and challenges. Class progressions give them visible proof of growth every week.

Hitman Academy's anti-bullying and youth martial arts program teaches children aged 5–14 real confidence, respectful discipline, and age-appropriate self-defence skills in a safe, structured environment.
Our youth program combines anti-bullying awareness, movement fundamentals, and character development so every child leaves class standing a little taller than when they walked in.

Every session opens and closes with structured routines, coach-led focus, and respect for partners. Kids learn to listen, take turns, and control themselves under excitement — skills that transfer to every classroom.
We teach verbal boundary setting, safe escape techniques, and positional awareness — not aggression. Children learn to avoid conflict first, and have practical tools if they can't.
Every session is designed around children's attention spans and energy levels — short, purposeful blocks that keep kids engaged and make every minute count.
Age-appropriate movement games that build coordination, balance, reaction speed, and listening skills — without it feeling like exercise.
Coaches break one core skill — a stance, block, strike, or escape — into child-friendly steps with demonstration, imitation, and positive reinforcement.
Supervised partner repetition with safety-first rules and light controlled contact. Kids build technique, timing, and trust with a training partner.
Real-world role-play covering verbal de-escalation, boundary setting, and safe physical escape techniques for school and social situations.
A short coach-led discussion on today's value — respect, courage, discipline, or teamwork — tied to a real scenario kids understand. Class closes with a structured bow-out.
We welcome children from age 5. Classes are grouped by age and level so younger children are never in the same drills as older or more experienced kids. Coaches adjust every activity to the group in front of them.
Safety is built into every drill. Contact is always controlled, supervised, and age-appropriate. Beginners train separately from sparring-ready students, and coaches maintain a structured, respectful environment throughout.
The research and our experience show the opposite. Children trained in a structured martial arts environment develop better emotional regulation, more empathy for others, and a consistent preference for de-escalation over confrontation.
Anti-bullying content is woven into every session — not a separate module. Children learn to recognise bullying, use clear verbal boundaries, stay calm under pressure, and remove themselves from situations safely. Physical techniques are the last resort and are taught responsibly.
Come and watch the first session, meet the coaches, and see how your child responds to the environment. No commitment required.
