Muay Thai is built around eight points of contact — hands, feet, knees, and elbows — giving you a complete striking game for any distance. At Hitman Academy, every class layers technique, timing, and live application so each session compounds on the last.

Progress to close-range weapons — short elbow cuts, rising knee strikes, and plum clinch control with sweeps. Skills that separate Muay Thai from every other stand-up art.
Every session ends with partner padwork and bag rounds that build cardio, explosive output, and the rhythm to land combinations when you're tired.
Every class follows a deliberate structure so you know what to expect from day one and progress session to session.
Skipping, footwork patterns, and shadow combinations to raise your heart rate and engrain movement mechanics before contact begins.
Coach-led instruction on one focused technique — roundkick hip mechanics, teep extension, elbow entry, or guard position — with partner repetition to build muscle memory.
Apply the session technique in live pad rounds with a partner. Combination flow, timing, and rhythm under realistic output — with coach feedback between rounds.
Controlled clinch rounds building plum grip, neck wrestling, sweeps, and rising knee strikes. The close-range game that most gyms skip.
Finish strong with heavy bag volume or bodyweight conditioning, then a structured cool-down and coach debrief on what to focus on next session.

Muay Thai adds elbows, knees, and clinch control that kickboxing does not cover, and gives MMA athletes a complete stand-up striking game before a takedown attempt or when the fight returns to the feet.
